Train to Dijon was born from boredom with the ubiquitous 90-degree angle. All of the furniture pieces including the table, bench and chairs are tilted at a 12-degree angle - enough to be noticeable without compromising structural integrity. The collection is crafted from European Beech that is bleached to emphasize the playfulness of the shadows. Meanwhile, the hand painted yellow reveal underneath the top was inspired by blurred landscapes, subtle pops of color, and gleaming lights when looking out a train window. Train to Dijion references the classic farm table, but with a modern slant.
